Popular actor Gurmeet Choudhary recently purchased a luxurious new home in the upscale area of Andheri West in Mumbai. Reportedly, the actor spent Rs 16 crore to buy the property. Recently, the actor also gave a glimpse of his new abode and penned a heartfelt note on Instagram.
A report in IANS stated that Gurmeet and his actress-wife Debina Bonnerjee's new house is located in the popular Windsor Grander complex. It boasts modern amenities and expansive interiors.
The actor's house also offers stunning views from the balcony and features high-end facilities. Meanwhile, the interior work at his new home is currently in progress.
Taking to his official Instagram account, Gurmeet recalled how he came to Mumbai with nothing more than a suitcase, a heart full of dreams, and an unshakable belief in hard work.
Along with a video of Debina posing in their new house, Gurmeet wrote, "Ek waqt tha jab humare paas sirf ek suitcase tha—usme hum dono ke kapde the, sapne the, aur ek dusre ka sahaara. Aaj jab peeche mudke dekhta hoon, toh dil bhar aata hai… us ek suitcase se lekar yahan tak ka safar sirf ek wajah se mumkin hua—meri Grihalakshmi."
The actor added, "Sach kehte hain, agar aapke saath ek sahi saathi ho, toh zindagi kitni bhi mushkil ho, aap aasman tak pahunch sakte ho. Yeh naya ghar sirf ek makan nahi, humare pyaar, mehnat aur aap sabki duaon ka sabse khoobsurat tohfa hai."
Meanwhile, on the work front, Gurmeet is known for his stint in shows like Ramayan, Geet-Hui Sabse Parayi, and Punar Vivaah. He made his Bollywood debut in 2015 with the psychological thriller Khamoshiyan.
He was last seen in the web series titled Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein with Tahir Raj Bhasin, Shweta Tripathii, Anchal Singh and others.
