Television actor Sudhanshu Pandey recently called out his co-contestant Apoorva Mukhija, aka The Rebel Kid, for disrespecting veteran actor Ashish Vidyarthi on The Traitors. On Thursday evening, he shared a video on his Instagram handle in which he slammed Apoorva's 'Ashish jaayega' remark on the show, questioning her way of speaking to someone older than even her parents. He asked whether she thought it was a cool way to address senior actors or if it was simply a Gen-Z trend to be disrespectful.
Lashing out at Apoorva, Sudhanshu said that he had watched the episode of The Traitors in which he saw Apoorva, someone who has been involved in many controversies before and continues to be. While he acknowledged that she is a good kid with a clean heart, he added that the moment one's language turns foul, it ruins everything.
He added, "Everything else goes for a toss if you do not have the know-how about what to say and how to speak about people who are at least senior to you, because Ashish bhai—Ashish Vidyarthi—jo itne senior actor hai, woh mere se bhi bohot senior hai, toh woh Ashish bhai ko piche se kisi se baat kar rahi thi, and she was saying, 'Mujhe lagta hai Ashish jayega.'"

Furthermore, Sudhanshu questioned Apoorva's disrespect, saying, "Tumhare bachpan ka dost hai kya woh? What is this way of talking about actors who are older than your parents, also? Aap aise baat kar rahe ho piche se. What does this show? What does this talk about you? Please tell me. Is this Gen Z? Is this what we think is very cool? No. This is not cool at all."
The Anupamaa actor called it the 'biggest bullsh*t' and described it as 'a curse on society,' pointing out how there seem to be no boundaries when it comes to speaking to others. "Aap kisi ko bhi gaali de denge, bezaat kar denge," said Pandey.
Sudhanshu shared that he, too, has Gen-Z kids, but they are very respectful toward everyone — both elders and those younger than them.
