Veteran actor Ashish Vidyarthi found himself in a hilarious situation at the airport when a female fan approached him, only to mistake him for filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker. In a now-viral video, the fan named Rumi Munawar shared the throwback clip on her social media handle, praising Ashish's 'humility' and 'kindness.'
The video shows a female fan excitedly pointing her camera towards the actor and saying, "Ashutosh Gowariker, he is on the same flight as me. I am so happy, sir." As Ashish walked behind her, he reacted hilariously instead of getting offended and said, "Achha, if you promise not to edit it… ye meri khaasiyat hai. Aap log Kapil Sharma Show dekhiyega iske liye. Har ek koi mujhe alag alag naam se pukaarta hai. Pehli baar kisine Ashutosh Gowariker bulaya hai."

Sharing the video, the female fan wrote, "Every time I see this video it just makes me smile! The humility and kindness sir had with me - can never be compared to any celebrity encounter I’ve had! By the way - a lot don’t know but I made a solo travel at this time to fight certain lows in my life .. a time I felt I’ll never be able to overcome .. and that’s when God sends you angels - to push you out from darkness into the light."
