Actor Aman Yatan Verma and his wife, actress Vandana Lalwani, are reportedly parting ways after nine years of marriage. The couple, who tied the knot in December 2016, has been reportedly facing issues for some time now, and despite their efforts to resolve them, they have decided to separate.
A source close to the couple informed ETimes, "There have been issues between them for a while now. Despite their efforts to resolve their differences, things didn’t improve. They even planned to start a family, but their differences became too deep to reconcile. It was Vandana who decided to file for divorce."
Aman and Vandana first met in 2014 on the sets of the show Hum Ne Li Hai – Shapath. Their relationship blossomed, leading to their engagement in 2015 and their wedding the following year.
When approached for a comment, Aman maintained his silence on the matter and informed the portal, "No comment. Anything I need to say will be communicated through my lawyer at the appropriate time."
Vandana has also not reacted to the reports of their divorce yet. The couple's decision to separate has come as a surprise to many, as they have largely kept their personal lives private.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Aman was last seen on the big screen in the film The UP Files.
The actor has had a diverse career in the entertainment industry, spanning television and films. He gained popularity as the host of Khullja Sim Sim and for his roles in TV shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kehta Hai Dil. Verma also appeared in Bollywood films, including Baghban and Sangharsh. Over the years, he has maintained a steady presence in the industry and is seen in several supporting roles.
On the other hand, Vandana is known for her roles in projects like Kesariya Balam Aavo Hamare Des, Waaris, Indiawali Maa, Buddha: Rajaon Ka Raja and Bombay. She has also been an anchor for a travel show.
