Siddharth Anand is currently busy with the shooting of Shah Rukh Khan starrer King, and on Thursday, a report in an entertainment portal claimed that the filmmaker is planning to collaborate with Akshay Kumar for a horror film. The report stated that Siddharth will be producing the film, and it will be directed by a debutant director. However, the Pathaan director, like always, did a cryptic post after the report came out.
He just wrote, “False.” Now, this has left many people wondering whether the filmmaker denied the report of his film with Akshay. While it is not yet confirmed what this ‘False’ tweet is for, Akkians are quite upset with the tweet, and they are asking Siddharth if he has a problem with the actor.

A fan of Akshay replied, “Kyo be Siddharth kya dikkat h tujhe akshay sir ke saath film karne se ek acchi se script like jisme action ho comedy ho emotion ho and tu direct kar use kisi aur se mat karana direct samjha (sic).”
Another fan tweeted, “Kyun Sid ji ,Akki sir se kya problem hai aapko? Just because unka downfall chalraha hai,aap unke sath kaam nahi karna chahte, par ek baat yaad rakhna jab Akki sir ka comeback bohot jald hoga (sic).” One more fan wrote, “Bkl tere saath chahiye bhi nehi (sic).”
While talking about the project, a source told Peeping Moon, “This project went to him 3-4 months ago. He has heard the narration and reportedly loved it. Although Akshay hasn’t signed the film yet, as it’s still in the final stage of scripting, he has shown strong interest.”
