Aamir Khan is all set to be back on the big screens after a gap of three years. The actor is gearing up for the release of his movie Sitaare Zameen Par, and on Monday, the makers unveiled the first post of the film. While the poster is receiving a good response, we have come to know that the audience will get to watch the trailer soon. So, the trailer of Sitaare Zameen Par will be out on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
While sharing the first look of the movie, Aamir Khan Productions’ tweeted, “A film celebrating love, laughter and happiness. #SitaareZameenPar #SabkaApnaApnaNormal, 20th June Only In Theatres.”
Sitaare Zameen Trailer Postponed Due To Pahalgam Attack
The trailer of Sutaare Zameen Par was supposed to be released last week. However, Aamir and te team decided to postpone it due to Pahalgam terrorist attack. The actor was affected by the incident a lot. He didn’t even attend the premiere of his film Andaz Apna Apna which was re-released on April 25, 2025.

Apart from Aamir Khan and Genlia Deshmukh, the movie stars 10 newcomers, Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, NamanMishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. Directed by RS Prasanna, Sitaare Zameen Par is slated to release on June 20, 2025. It is a spiritual sequel to the 2007 release Taare Zameen Par which starred Aamir Khan and Darsheel Safary in the lead roles. The movie marked Aamir’s directorial debut.
Will Aamir Khan Make A Grand Comeback?
Aamir Khan’s last release, Laal Singh Chaddha, had failed to make a mark at the box office. So, now all eyes are on Sitaare Zameen Par. It will be interesting to see if the actor will be able to make a grand comeback at the box office with the movie.
