WBCHSE Result 2025: The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) declared the WB HS Result 2025 at the press conference. Here, candidates can check the WBCHSE Result 2025 science stream pass percentage, Science stream topper name and other important details.
The pass percentage and number of students appeared in each stream in the WBHS Result 2025 are as follows: In Science, the pass percentage is 99.46% and 82,022 students appeared in the exam. In Arts, the pass percentage is 88.25% and 3,61,010 students appeared. The pass percentage of Commerce students is 97.52% and 23,887 students appeared.
During the press conference, it was revealed that a total of 4,82,946 regular students had registered for the WBCHSE Class 12 Uchha Madhyamik Exams 2025. Of these, 4,73,919 candidates were present and took the exam.
This year, the overall pass percentage for the West Bengal Class 12 HS results is a whopping 90.79%. If divided by gender, male students have achieved a pass rate of 92.38%, whereas the pass percentage of female students is 88.18%.
The students who have appeared for the West Bengal Higher Secondary (HS) examinations can check their results by visiting the official website — wbchse.wb.gov.in — and entering their roll number and date of birth.
The WBCHSE HS Result 2025 will be officially announced during a press conference, where the board will share key highlights such as overall pass percentage, gender-wise performance, district-wise results, names and scores of toppers, and other important statistics.
Qualification will be achieved by scoring at least 30% marks in each subject, along with a minimum of 30% in both the theory and practical/internal assessments.
Original mark sheets and pass certificates will be made available from 10 AM on May 8, 2025, in the respective schools.
Apart from the online access, students can also check their WB HS Result 2025 through SMS. To do so, type WB12 (space) Roll Number and send it to 5676750 or 58888. The result will be delivered directly to the same mobile number.
