UPSC Recruitment 2025: Vacancy details
This recruitment aims to fill 40 posts in the organisation. The vacancy details for the 40 senior veterinary officers and other posts are as follows:
1. Scientist-B: 6 posts
2. Scientific Officer: 4 posts
3. Professor: 1 post
4. Lecturer: 1 post
5. Technical Officer: 3 posts
6. Training Officer: 9 posts
7. Senior Veterinary Officer: 16 posts
UPSC Recruitment 2025: Application fees
Applicants (except female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability Applicants who are exempt from paying a fee) must pay a fee of Rs. 25/- only by paying the money in any branch of the SBI by cash, using any bank's net banking facility, or paying with Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI.
No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women applicants from any community. There is no "fee exemption" for Gen/OBC/EWS male applicants, and they must cover the entire stipulated fee.
UPSC Recruitment 2025: Passing criteria
The category-specific minimal level of acceptability in interviews, regardless of whether the final choice is made solely by interview or by Recruitment Test followed by interview, will be UR/EWS-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, and SC/ST/PwBD-40 marks, out of a total interview score of 100.
