UPSC Geo-Scientist Main Exam Result 2025 Out At upsc.gov.in; Details Here

The results of the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination 2025 has been declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on the UPSC's official website, upsc.gov.in.

UPSC Result 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the results of the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination 2025 on its official website. Applicants who took the main examination can view their results on the UPSC's official website, upsc.gov.in. The examination was held from June 21 to June 22, 2025.

Those who passed the written exam are now eligible for the Personality Interview Round. According to a press release on the official website, the shortlisted applicants' roll numbers are now available on the UPSC website.

As of now, the applicant's candidature is tentative until the interview and personality test, at which point the candidate will be asked to submit original certificates to support their claim regarding age, educational qualification, community, physical disability, and EWS.

UPSC Result 2025: How to check?

Aspirants should follow these steps to check the list:

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in

Step 2: Go to the ‘What's New’ section and then select the "Written Result: Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination 2025" link.

Step 3: Now, the result PDF will appear on the screen, where aspirants can check their scores by their roll number.

Step 4: Download the result PDF and take a printout of the same for further reference.

Furthermore, a 15-day opportunity will be offered for candidates who qualified for the interview to update their educational qualifications on the official portal. A Detailed Application Form (DAF) is available from July 29 to August 12, 2025 (until 6:00 p.m.).

The timetable for shortlisted candidates' interviews will be posted on the commission's website soon.

Candidates' mark-sheets will be released on the Commission's website within 15 days of the publication of the final result (after conducting the Personality Test) and will remain available for approximately 30 days for candidates to access after logging in with their assigned Roll Numbers and date of birth. UPSC will provide candidates with a printed copy of their Mark Sheets upon request, accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.
