UP Board To Begin Evaluation Of Over 3 Crore Answer Sheets With Advanced CCTV Monitoring From March 19

UP Board Exam 2025: The UP Board will begin evaluating over 3 crore answer sheets for Class 10 and 12 exams on March 19, with the process concluding on April 2.

UP Board Result 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will commence the evaluation process of the exam sheets for the UP Board Class 10 and 12 exams 2025 academic session on March 19 and will conclude on April 2.

According to media reports, the checking of more than 3 crore answer sheets of the UP Board high school and intermediate examinations will be done under hi-tech surveillance, with voice recorder-enabled CCTV cameras keeping a watchful eye on the process at 261 evaluation centers in the state. The responsibility of evaluating answer sheets has been assigned to over 1.5 lakh evaluators.

The link for schools to download the appointment letters related to the evaluation process has been made available by the board.

The evaluation of answer sheets will take place at designated centers from 10 am to 5 pm.

For high school exams:

- Each examiner will evaluate no more than 50 answer sheets per day.

- A maximum of 700 answer sheets will be assigned during the entire evaluation period.

- For arts subjects, examiners will evaluate up to 80 answer sheets per day, with a total of 800 answer sheets.

For intermediate exams:

- Each examiner will evaluate no more than 45 answer sheets per day.

- A total of 600 answer sheets will be assigned during the entire evaluation period.

According to the guidelines, entry into the evaluation area will be tightly controlled in order to bar unauthorised persons or additional individuals from getting access. CCTV cameras will be placed in all evaluation rooms to monitor them. The chief examiner must ensure the presence of all designated examiners. Mobile phones and other electronic equipment will be barred for chief examiners and examiners within the evaluation rooms, and taking pictures will be restricted. The controller and the Secondary Education Council should be provided with daily records of answer sheets that have been assessed.
