MHT CET Exam 2025: The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has announced the new date for the cancelled April 27 morning session exam through the official notice.
According to the CET Cell official notice, the test scheduled for the specified day has been cancelled, and a new examination will be held on May 5, 2025.
The notification of the re-examination followed concerns from applicants and parents about the technical challenges encountered during the April 27 morning session exam.
MHT CET Re-Exam 2025: Who will appear for the exam?
As per the official notice, a list of applicants who attended the examination will be released on the official website, and those mentioned on this list will be obliged to sit for the re-exam. The hall ticket for the re-examination will be given and accessible to the applicants through their login.

The Maharashtra CET for PCM was held from April 19 to April 27, excluding April 24. Papers were given in two sessions: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The MHT-CET 2024 is held online (CBT-Computer Based Test) at nearly all district-level offices in Maharashtra, as well as in the capital districts of the chosen states outside Maharashtra such as Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, according to the accessibility of applicants.
MHT CET PCM Exam Pattern
1. This subject includes 10 questions from Class 10 and 40 from Class 12. Each question receives two marks, for a total of 100.
2. Physics and Chemistry follows a similar path. Each of them contains ten questions from Class 10th topics and forty from Class 12th topics. Each question in Physics and Chemistry receives one mark, for a total of 100 points for each subject. There will be no negative grading on the MHT CET.
