IIM Nagpur MBA Placements: The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM-N) has reported a 100% placement for the 2023–25 batch of MBA students, a huge milestone in its decennial celebration. The highest salary package offered was an excellent ₹69.57 lakh per annum.
Strong Female Representation: 46% Women Graduates
Of the 267 students in the regular MBA program, 120 were women, accounting for 46% of the graduating class. This represents a 3% increase in female presence compared to the 2022–24 batch, where women accounted for about 43% of the cohort.
Significant Offers and Global Placements
This placement season was marked by three students making record-breaking offers, and four students making international offers, demonstrating the international opportunities for students of IIM Nagpur. The average final salary was ₹18.07 LPA, while the average summer internship stipend was ₹89,856, with the highest stipend going up to ₹2.70 lakh.
Corporate Participation: 89 New Recruiters Join
IIM Nagpur drew in a prestigious roll call of recruiters, with 89 new recruiters coming on final placements and 98 new recruiters for summer placements. Renowned companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Adani, BNP Paribas, Vedanta, Accenture, Deloitte, Axis Bank, Cognizant, and Tata Power were among those that recruited on campus.
Total Graduates Across Programs
As many as 329 MBA students graduated from IIM Nagpur this year:
-267 of the regular MBA program
-35 from the Executive MBA (Pune Campus)
-27 from the Executive MBA (Nagpur Campus)
IIM Nagpur Director Prof. Bhimaraya Metri attributed the achievement to the Student Placement Committee and the Career Development Services (CDS) team. He added that the growing industry faith and visibility in the institute is exemplified as he said: “This year’s outstanding placement performance underscores our commitment to excellence and positions IIM Nagpur as a hub of opportunity.”
