As per the official press released issued by the ICAI, the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Final examinations will be held three times each year, specifically in January, May, and September, starting from 2025. This brings the CA Final exam frequency in line with that of the Intermediate and Foundation courses, which had already shifted to a triannual schedule.

Besides the CA Final exams, the ICAI has also revised the schedule for the Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit (ISA). Previously conducted twice a year in June and December, the ISA Assessment Test will now be conducted thrice a year in February, June and October. This new dynamic seeks to offer individuals actively involved in information systems auditing increased opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
