DASA and CSAB-Special Round 2025: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela has begun accepting registrations for DASA and CSAB-Special Round 2025 on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Aspirants can submit applications for the Direct Admission of Students Abroad and CSAB-Special 2025 counselling procedure for UG admissions into NITs, IIEST, IIITs, SPAs, and Other-GFTIs through the official website, csab.nic.in.
Aspirants will need to log in with their JEE(Main) 2025 application number and password. Those who have registered for JoSAA 2025 may use the JoSAA password. Along with the registration window, a choice-filling window has been opened. Beginning this year, the CSAB-Special and DASA will operate under a single platform.

DASA and CSAB-Special Round 2025: Important dates
According to the timetable, the crucial dates are:
1. Deadline for registration and choice filling: August 3, 2025, at 5 pm
2. Mock seat allocation: August 3, 2025, at 10 am
3. Last date of choice locking: August 7, 2025, up to 8 pm.
4. DASA & CSAB Special round 1 seat allotment results: August 9, 2025
5. CSAB-Special online reporting, Institute Admission Fee-II payment, and document verification: August 9, 2025, 5 p.m.–August 12, 2025, 5 p.m.
6. Resolution of IAF-II Payment Issue (for CSAB-Special only): August 13, 2025, at 5 pm
7. Round-II DASA & CSAB Special seat allotment result: August 14, 2025, at 5 pm
8. Round III allotment results: August 19, 2025
9. Physically report at the allotted institutes and make the balance fee payment tentatively: August 20 to August 23, 2025
