CBSE Board Class 12th Results 2025: 88.39% Students Passed This Year; Girls Outshine Boys By 5.94%

CBSE Class 12th Result 2025: The Class 12th result 2025 has been declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Students and parents can start downloading their CBSE scorecards from the official website of CBSE at cbseresults.nic.in.

Over 42 lakh students took the CBSE board exams this year, which were held from February 15 to April 4, 2025. Class 12 exams ended on April 4, and Class 10 board exams ended on March 18.

This year, 12,9095 candidates will sit for the compartment exams.

The performance of candidates in over-all Delhi region is 95.37%. Whereas, the performance of applicants in foreign schools is 95.01%.

As per gender-wise, girls recorded 91.64% and boys recorded 85.70%. After analysing the numbers it is found that girls have done better than boys by 5.94%. On the other hand, Transgender recorded 100%.

First, type "CBSE12\Roll Number> " into the mobile phone's message box, then send it to 7738299899. The 12th class result for 2025 will then show up on the phone.

CBSE Board Result 2025: What's new this year?

For the 2024–2025 academic year, CBSE implemented a Relative Grading system in an effort to lessen academic pressure and harmful rivalry. Instead of grading students according to fixed mark variations, like 91-100 for A1 and 81-90 for A2, the new system compares them to their peers. Classes are now decided by a student's performance in a group, which can differ by subject, because of the quantity of approving students.
