AILET 2026 Registration: Eligibility criteria
For BA LL.B (Hons.):
Must have scored at least 45% marks in Class 12 or its equivalent (40% for SC/ST/PwD).
Candidates appearing for Class 12 exams in 2026 are also eligible to apply.
For LL.M.:
Must have scored at least 50% marks in LL.B. or an equivalent degree (45% for SC/ST/PwD).
Final-year LL.B. students are eligible to apply.
For Ph.D. in Law:
Must hold a Master’s degree in law with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD).
Preference given to candidates with published research papers.
AILET 2026 Registration: Application fees
General and OBC candidates: ₹3,500
SC, ST, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates: ₹1,500
SC/ST candidates below the poverty line (BPL): No application fee
