SBI Mutual Fund Launches New NFO, SIP Option Available Via BSE StAR MF; Scheme Open From April 23–30

SBI Mutual Fund launches its new SBI Income Plus Arbitrage Active FOF NFO from April 23–30, 2025, with SIP options and six scheme variants. Clear funds must reach ICCL by April 30 to ensure allotment.

Mumbai: SBI Mutual Fund introduces the SBI Income Plus Arbitrage Active Fund of Fund (FOF) through the BSE StAR MF platform. This NFO will be open for subscription from April 23 to April 30, 2025, with the allotment date set for May 2, 2025.

Scheme Variants

Six scheme options are available under both Regular and Direct plans with Growth and IDCW (Payout and Reinvestment) variants. All schemes fall under the equity category and are assigned unique ISINs.

Fund Transfer and Deadlines

To ensure successful allotment, clear funds must be credited to the ICCL account by 6:00 PM on April 30, 2025. Cheque and OTM payments are allowed if funds clear by this deadline. Transactions without client-initiated payments by 9:00 AM on T+1 will be cancelled.

SIP/XSIP Facility

The scheme supports SIP/XSIP investments with the following monthly criteria:

- Rs 500–Rs 999: Minimum 12 installments

- Rs 1,000 and above: Minimum 6 installments

All SIP/XSIP registrations must be authenticated by 3:00 PM on April 30, 2025 to qualify under the NFO.

Switch Facility

Switches are permitted only if funds for the switch-out scheme are received before the allotment date. Late fund receipts will not be considered.
