Mumbai: The Offer to Buy (OTB) for BALGOPAL COMMERCIAL Ltd is officially open from Friday, April 11, 2025, until Monday, April 28, 2025, on the BSE. The acquiring entity aims to purchase up to 49,43,000 equity shares at a fixed price of Rs 60.00 per share, with each share having a face value of Rs 10.

Trading and Session Timings
