Mumbai: KBC Global Limited (Company Code: 541161) has officially set April 4, 2025, as the Record Date for its upcoming bonus issue. The company will issue 1 bonus equity share of Re.1/- each for every 1 existing equity share of Re.1/- each held by shareholders.

Ex-Bonus Trading and Settlement Information

The equity shares will trade on an ex-bonus basis starting April 4, 2025, under the settlement number DR-605/2025-2026. This transition applies to dematerialised securities in the rolling settlement segment.

Bonus Share Allotment Date

As per the company’s notification dated March 14, 2025, a total of 2,614,379,226 bonus equity shares will be allotted on April 7, 2025.
