Investor Grievance Redressal At BSE, RTAs To Visit In May 2025

BSE has scheduled visits of Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) throughout May 2025 at its Investor Services Department. Investors with grievances can meet RTA representatives in person as per the specified dates and time slots.

Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has announced a detailed schedule for the visit of multiple Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) to its Department of Investor Services (DIS) during May 2025. This initiative aims to streamline investor grievance redressal by offering direct interaction opportunities with RTA representatives.

Schedule Details

The RTA visits will commence on May 5, 2025, with KFin Technologies Ltd., Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., and Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. On subsequent days, other prominent RTAs like MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd., Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., Beetal Financial & Computer Services, and more will attend scheduled sessions.

Multiple RTAs on Same Day

Notably, some days will host multiple agents. For instance, on May 7, 2025, three RTAs — Link Intime India, Universal Capital, and Sharex Systamatics — will be available from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, followed by Beetal Financial from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Venue and Access

The sessions will be held at the DIS, 1st Floor, Cama Building, Dalal Street, Mumbai. Investors with unresolved issues related to companies serviced by the listed RTAs are encouraged to attend during the specified timings.
