ICICI Bank Updates Banking Fees, New Charges From July 1, 2025

ICICI Bank has changed its charges for ATM use, IMPS, cash deposits, withdrawals, and debit cards. These changes start on July 1, 2025. Some services remain free up to a limit, after which new charges will apply.

Mumbai: From July 1, 2025, ICICI Bank will charge Rs 2 per Rs 1,000 for demand drafts (DDs). This applies whether you pay with cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

Minimum charge: Rs 50

Maximum charge: Rs 15,000 per DD

ATM Charges: Metro and Non-Metro

Non-ICICI ATMs in Metro Cities

You can use other bank ATMs for free three times a month in metro cities like:

- Mumbai

- Delhi

- Kolkata

- Chennai

- Bengaluru

- Hyderabad

After that:

Rs 23 for each financial transaction

Rs 8.5 for each non-financial transaction

Non-ICICI ATMs in Non-Metro Cities

In smaller cities, five free ATM uses per month are allowed. Charges after the limit:

Rs 23 for financial

Rs 8.5 for non-financial

Note: The total free ATM transactions across all ATMs is five. Only three are allowed in metro areas.

International ATM Transactions

If you withdraw money from ATMs outside India:

- Rs 125 per financial transaction

- Rs 25 for non-financial actions like checking balance

- 3.5 percent currency fee for foreign exchange

- Senior citizens do not have to pay these charges.

ICICI Bank ATMs

- You can make five free financial transactions at ICICI Bank ATMs every month.

- After that, each will cost Rs 23

- All non-financial services (balance check, mini statement, etc.) are free

- Senior citizens are exempt from all charges

IMPS Charges (Outward Transactions)

Up to Rs 1,000: Rs 2.50

Rs 1,001 to Rs 1 lakh: Rs 5

Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh: Rs 15

Cash Deposits at Branches and CRMs

You get three free cash deposit transactions per month. After this:

- Rs 150 per extra transaction

- Free cash deposits up to Rs 1 lakh per month

If you deposit more:

- Rs 3.5 per Rs 1,000, or Rs 150, whichever is higher

- Higher charge applies if both count and amount limits are crossed

- Third-party cash deposits limited to Rs 25,000 per transaction

Cash Withdrawals at Branches

You get three free withdrawals per month at branches. After that:

- Rs 150 per withdrawal

- For more than Rs 1 lakh in withdrawals:

- Rs 3.5 per Rs 1,000 or Rs 150, whichever is higher

Same rule: If both the count and amount limits are crossed, the higher charge applies

Third-party cash withdrawals are limited to Rs 25,000 per transaction

Debit Card Fees

Annual fee: Rs 300

Rural areas (Gramin): Rs 150 per year

Replacement card (lost or damaged): Rs 300
