The government has increased the refund amount, giving relief to the employees and depositors who invested in four cooperative societies of Sahara India. In the first phase, each eligible person will get a maximum of Rs 50,000 back. This amount will be deposited directly into the bank account linked to their Aadhaar, making the process fast and secure. Which Steps To Take To Receive A Refund?

The government has made the refund process very easy and transparent through the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal.

Register on the portal and enter your information and documents.

The money will be transferred directly to one's Aadhaar-linked bank account.

One can check the status online and through SMS by application number.

Visit the CRCS-Sahara portal mocrefund.crcs.gov.in

Register with Aadhaar and your mobile number

Fill the claim form, upload the required documents and submit the application

After verification, the money will be transferred to your bank account

Who Is Eligible For A Refund?

Employees or depositors who have invested in these four cooperative societies and have a bank account and mobile number linked to Aadhaar are likely to get a refund. For this, their documents must be correct, complete and valid. Those whose earlier claims were rejected can also claim again, provided all the conditions are met.

If you are also resubmitting for a refund, then your application will be processed within 45 days. If everything goes right, your money will be directly transferred to your bank account. If a person's claim is correct and authentic, then they will receive money. There is no charge for the portal and documentation. Money will be transferred directly to one's Aadhaar-linked bank account.
