Mumbai: Edelweiss Retail Finance Limited has announced the suspension of trading for its non-convertible debentures (NCDs) bearing ISIN INE528S08019 and code 952249, as the company prepares for redemption and interest payment. According to Notice No. 20250429-19 issued on April 29, 2025, the record date for identifying eligible debenture holders is May 8, 2025. From this date onward, trading in the series ERFL-11.50 per cent-26-5-25-PVT will be halted on the exchange.

This action aligns with the final maturity of the said debentures, which carry an 11.50 per cent coupon and were issued on a private placement basis. The exchange has requested all trading members to refrain from dealing in these securities from the record date.

This notice ensures timely processing of interest payouts and redemption proceeds to the rightful holders as of May 8, 2025. Investors holding this debt instrument should note that the bond reaches its full term and will be settled as per the company’s scheduled commitment.
