Demat Auction Scheduled By BSE, Offers Invited From Trading Members

BSE has announced a Demat Auction for Rolling Settlement No. DR-609 on April 15, 2025. Trading members are invited to participate via terminals during the scheduled session. Auction settlement and pay-in are scheduled for April 16.

Mumbai: BSE Limited has released a notice inviting trading members to participate in a Demat Auction for Rolling Settlement No. DR-609/2025-26. The auction will take place on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Auction Schedule

The process begins with offer entry from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by matching from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Reports of accepted offers will be shared by 3:30 p.m., and money statements will be available from 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Pay-in on April 16

The pay-in for accepted auction trades must be done on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, by 8:00 a.m. Members must ensure timely execution of securities pay-in through depositories before the cut-off.

Important Guidelines

Trading members must be careful when entering the security code and rates, as no corrections will be allowed after submission. The exchange can reject any offer without giving a reason. Members should also refer to corporate action notices related to the scrips involved.

Uniform Membership Structure Note

With the uniform membership structure in place, settlements will go through the clearing member. Trading members can now offer securities in auctions even if they had short-delivered them in the same settlement.
