Mumbai: BSE Limited will conduct a Demat Auction for Rolling Settlement No. DR-657/2025-26 on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. This auction allows trading members of the stock exchange to offer bids to buy certain securities.

Here is how the auction process will happen:

Auction offer entry time is from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Auction matching will be done from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Delivery Statement and report of accepted offers will be shared between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The Money Statement and final reports will be available between 3:35 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The Pay-in for this auction (transferring securities and money) will happen on the next day – Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians should make sure that they fulfill their pay-in duties on time through the depositories.

Trading members are now allowed to offer securities in auction even if they short-delivered the same securities in the same settlement, due to changes in the equity cash segment membership rules.

Members must enter correct security codes and prices carefully. If there are any mistakes, they cannot be corrected later. The exchange has full right to accept or reject any auction offer without giving a reason.

Members should also check notices for any corporate actions (like bonus, split, or rights) before submitting offers.

This notice is issued by Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd.
