Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced the conduct of Demat Auction No. 652 under the Rolling Settlement DR-652/2025-26. The auction is set for Tuesday, June 17, 2025, and is open to all trading members of the Exchange.

The auction process will take place in defined time slots. Offer entry will begin at 2:00 PM and close at 2:45 PM. Immediately after, matching of offers will occur from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM. Reports for accepted offers and delivery statements will be made available from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The money statement and final reports will be ready between 3:35 PM and 5:30 PM.

The actual pay-in of securities for the accepted auction bids is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 8:00 AM. Members and custodians must fulfill their pay-in obligations through the depositories before the cut-off times.

Importantly, BSE has removed the restriction on trading members who have short-delivered securities from offering them in the same settlement’s auction. This follows the implementation of a uniform membership structure in the Equity Cash Segment.

Trading members must be very careful when entering security codes and rates. Any typing errors cannot be corrected later. The Exchange reserves full rights to accept or reject offers without any explanation.

Members are also advised to check notices about corporate actions like rights, bonus, or split issues which may affect security eligibility.
