Mumbai: BSE Limited has issued a notice inviting offers from trading members for the purchase of securities in the Demat Auction under Rolling Settlement No. DR-604/2025-26. The auction will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025, with the following schedule:

Auction Offer Entry: 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM

Auction Matching: 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM

Delivery Statement & Accepted Offers Report: 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Money Statement & Final Reports: 3:35 PM to 5:30 PM

The Pay-in for the auction is scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025, at 8:00 AM. Members and custodians are advised to check their pay-in obligations and execute securities pay-in within the depository cut-off timings.

Key Instructions for Trading Members

Post the implementation of the Uniform Membership Structure in the Equity Cash Segment, settlements will be conducted through the Clearing Member of a Trading Member. The previous restriction on trading members offering securities in the same settlement where they short-delivered has been removed.

Trading members are urged to be cautious while entering security codes and rates, as no corrections will be allowed for errors. Offers may be accepted or rejected by the Exchange without any reason. Members should also refer to the “Auction Offer Entry Screen” for cutoff rates and updates on corporate actions like ex-rights, ex-bonus, or ex-split notifications.
