Through a regulatory filing, Adani Ports has incorporated a new firm BU Agri Logistics, through its wholly owned subsidiary Adani Agri Logistics.

The paid up share capital of the new agricultural logistics firm is Rs 5 lakh. The move comes at a time when Adani is selling stakes in different entities to cut its debt borrowed against shares.
