Ola Electric raised itself into the high realms of business in a capitalist model, when it got listed at the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at in August.
The company, however, has seen its fortunes waver ever since. This is the case, as the company has had to face myriad issues with its prime product, its electric scooter.
The Bhavish Aggarwal-led company has had to tackle problems and concerns with the quality of the product, which is often seen malfunctioning with egregious consequences. In addition, many have expressed their disappointment with its post-sale services.

Rs 10,000 For Seat Cover?
In what is seen as another episode in Ola fallacies, an Ola customer has now pointed out price discrepancies observed in their purchase.
The customer took to X to air their grievances. In a post tagging Ola Electric and the company boss Bhavish Aggarwal, he said, "@OlaElectric @bhash, please find the screenshot of the mail communication with Ola Electric support."
The user further added, "Give a clarification on the difference in invoices worth Rs 10k+, earlier your support executive said that 10K+ was charged for seat cover."

The user also shared a previous post from October, in which he shared the specifics of his complaint.
In the post, he added, "Please look into this matter and either provide me with proper invoices where vehicle price while purchasing shown as Rs 1,49,999 but in invoice it's only Rs 1,39,999."
The user further tagged Consumer Affairs and added, "@OlaElectric @bhash I asked for the invoice against the same or initial refund,which brand charges 10K+ for seat cover,while placing the order in Aug,2023 that amount was included with ola S1 Pro basic price. @jagograhakjago please intervene in this matter,help me to get a refund."
The Ola Support handle or any of the official channels associated with Ola are yet to respond to this complain.
