Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A massive fire broke out inside the premises of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) in Bhopal in Thursday.
The fire reportedly started in waste material, and there are reports of explosions in oil tanks inside the premises. Fire occurred near Gate No. 9
The reason behind the fire is not yet known. Officials are still trying to find out what caused the blaze.

At least 8 fire brigade vehicles and 4 water tankers are on the spot trying to control the fire. The CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) team has also been deployed to assist in handling the situation.
As soon as the fire was reported, fire brigade teams rushed to the spot and started efforts to control the flames. Thick smoke was seen rising from the area, and the fire has caused panic among nearby workers and residents.
Firefighters are working hard to bring the situation under control.
So far, there have been no reports of injuries or casualties, but the full extent of the damage is yet to be determined. Authorities are keeping a close watch on the situation, and more details will be shared once the fire is fully controlled and an investigation is done.
Local police and emergency services are also present at the site to ensure safety and support the fire teams. Everyone has been advised to stay away from the area until the situation is safe.
