Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): A neighbourhood dispute over garbage dumping turned fatal in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior. A young man succumbed to injuries barely four hours after being involved in a fight with his neighbour. The duo thrashed each other, with one of them resorting to stick-attack, prompting other's family to join the fight.

According to the police officials, the incident happened at Nitin Nagar under Thatipur police station limits in Gwalior. The deceased has been identified as Anil Mahor an e-rickshaw driver. He was the sole bread earner of the family. On Friday, the clash triggered when Anil confronted his neighbour Narendra Yadav after garbage was thrown near him.

Yadav had a old rivalry with Anil, the confrontation quickly escalated the rivalry and In anger, Anil struck Narendra with a stick. In vengeance Narendra's brother Yogendra Yadav and several women from their house attacked Anil.

In the video it's clearly visible, Anil is being thrown to the ground, kicked , strangled and beaten up badly. The commuters and passersby intervened and tried to stop the brawl.

According to information, after this Anil's condition started to deteriorate, complaining chest pain and breathing issue. His family rushed him to several private hospital, but he was denied admission. When finally taken to the district hospital in Murar, doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Following his death, Anil’s family created a ruckus at Thatipur police station, accusing the Yadav brothers of murder. Family alleged that the injuries from the assault directly led to Anil's death.

The police ensured further actions could only be taken after a confirmation when the postmortem report comes.
