Bhopal(Madhya Pradesh): The online services for registering property in Madhya Pradesh will commence from the next year.

A cyber registration office is being built in the registration building in the state capital Bhopal. Arrangements are being made for about seven to ten cyber sub-registrars to sit. The entire process will be virtual.

Any person can avail this service by submitting the fixed registration fees.

Cyber registration office

The cyber registration office will be built in Arera Hills, Bhopal. The sub-registrars are being trained. Computers and cameras are being installed at the office.

The Cyber ​​sub-registrar will sit here and will be able to get the registration of land, house, plot and other properties purchased in any district of the state done.

Online process

To get the registry done from the cyber registration office, the buyer will first have to book a slot in the virtual category. On the day of registration, the entire process will be completed with the help of video conference. In this way, a buyer can sit at their homes and register their properties.

Now, the buyer doesn't have to follow the complex process at the registry office. They don't have to stand and wait.

Two registries on trial basis

According to sources, two registries were done by buyers belong to Hong Kong and Holland. The complete procedure was online only.
