Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A 51-year-old man was allegedly strangled to death by his 17-year-old son and two friends. The victim cited years of torture by his dad. He said his dad would come home drunk and abuse his mother. Tired of the daily torture, he decided to kill him.

According to information, the body of the man was found on April 10, behind the Kathonda garbage plant near a drain.

He had been strangled to death, and the police later identified him as a resident of Dadda Nagar.

The police investigation began by reviewing nearby CCTV footage and speaking to locals. They discovered that on the night of April 9, a black motorcycle carrying four people was seen near the garbage plant.

The bike was driven by Uday Chhadhar from Andiya, and the police arrested him along with the boy.

In their confession, the boy revealed that his father regularly drank alcohol and abused his mother.

Whenever he opposed his father’s actions, he too was beaten. Distressed by the constant abuse, the boy, along with his friends Uday and Sahil Raikwar, decided to kill his father.

They strangled him and dumped the body near the garbage plant. During their escape, the boy fell and was injured.

Police have arrested Uday and Sahil, and further investigations are ongoing.
