Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A tragic incident has occurred in Budhni of Sehore, where four workers were trapped under the soil after the wall at an under construction site collapsed on Monday. Three died and only one could be rescued safely; he was taken to the hospital.

The incident took place in Siyagahan village of Shahganj police station area.

The deceased were identified as Karan (18), resident of Vidisha; Ramkrishna alias Ramu (32), resident of Vidisha and Bhagwan Lal, resident of Guna. The injured was identified as Virendra (25), resident of Vidisha.

According to information, Rajlaxmi Construction is constructing a culvert in Siyagahan village to connect Siyagahan and Mangrol villages. While constructing the retaining wall of the culvert, it tragically collapsed and four people were buried under the soil. A huge crowd was gathered at the spot, creating atmosphere of panic.

The nearby people informed the informed the police and administration. The rescue team reached the spot with bulldozers and began the operation. However, the three workers died and only one could be rescued safely.

The injured worker was then taken to the nearby hospital where his treatment was going on.

The incident has sent shockwaves to the community and people grieved loss of three workers.
