Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The state witness clouds in the sky in many parts and extreme cold on Monday. There was drizzle in Bhopal.

Fog prevailed in Gwalior, Sheopur, Morena, Bhind and Datia.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather pattern will keep fluctuating due to the activity of Western Disturbance. Before this, it has been raining in many districts of the state for 2 days and severe cold is expected in next upcoming days.

Weather predictions for next three days

Indore, Ujjain, Agar-Malwa, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Guna, Shivpuri, Ashoknagar will remain cloudy. Drizzles also expected at some places on Tuesday. In such a situation, there may be problems in kite flying.

A rain alert has been issued in Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Agar-Malwa, Dhar, Barwani, Khargone, Khandwa, Harda, Dewas, Sehore, Shajapur, Rajgarh, Raisen, Vidisha, Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Sheopur, Morena, Bhind, Datia, Niwari, Tikamgarh, Sagar, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Panna and Satna on Wednesday.

There is a possibility of clouds and drizzle in Gwalior, Morena, Bhind, Datia, Shivpuri and Ashoknagar on Wednesday.

Temperature increased

The effect of cold was seen on Sunday due to cold winds blowing at some places. At the same time, a drop in mercury was also recorded. After a drop of 5.2 degrees in Bhopal, the mercury came down to 21.8 degrees. Visibility reached from 500 to 1 thousand meters. On the other hand, night temperature also increased.

After drizzle in Betul, the mercury came down to 23.2 degrees. In Guna, a drop of 7.6 degrees was recorded in a single day. The maximum temperature here was recorded at 18.2 degrees Celsius. The mercury in Gwalior was 20 degrees. Visibility was recorded at 50 to 200 meters. It was 22.4 degrees in Indore, 22.5 degrees in Ujjain and 20.5 degrees in Jabalpur.
