Madhya Pradesh: Transfer Policy Approved In Mohan Cabinet; Transfers Will Take Place From 1 May For 30 Days |

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Employees can be transferred in Madhya Pradesh from May 1 for 30 days. On Tuesday, Dr. Mohan Yadav Cabinet approved the transfer policy.

Voluntary transfers are also included in this. Departments can also make their own policy. For this, permission has to be taken from GAD (General Administration Department).

Urban Development Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, while giving information about the cabinet decisions, said that all transfers will be implemented in e-office till May 30.

After this, transfers will not be possible. Ministers and ministers in charge have also been given this authority. They have been asked to issue all transfer orders before May 30.

Ministers and ministers-in-charge will be able to make transfers as per the proposals made by the cabinet in the transfer policy. For this, the percentage of transfers has also been fixed post-wise in the departments.

20 percent for 200 posts

15 percent from 201 to 1000

10 percent from 1001 to 2000

5 percent transfers will be done for more than 2001 posts.

The minister said that the government has added voluntary transfers to the percentage limit of transfers so that the percentage of transfers remains the same as per the total number of posts.

If voluntary transfers are kept separate, then it will exceed the percentage of the total number of posts. Therefore, the cabinet has decided that voluntary transfers will also be added to the transfer number and percentage fixed on the basis of posts.
