Guna Accident: 4 Youths Die, 3 Critical After Speeding Car Rams Into Divider & Overturns While Returning From Wedding

Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): Four youths died and three others were injured after their car overturned near Bhadaura in Guna district late Wednesday night. They were returning from a wedding when the horrific car accident happened.

The deceased have been identified as Govind Raghuvanshi, Sonu, Veeru, and Hitesh Bairagi, all residents of Rijoda village. Three other youths  Sudeep Raghuvanshi, Sumit, and Ravi Raghuvanshi sustained injuries. Sudeep, who is critically injured, has been referred to a hospital in Bhopal for advanced treatment.

According to information, all seven had gone to attend a wedding at Mawan village in Guna on Wednesday. After dinner, they were returning in their car late night. The car was speeding when the driver lost control and it collided into the divider. The collision was so strong that the car overturned, killing four people on the spot and leaving three others injured.

A team of cops from the nearby Myana police station arrived at the accident site and rescued the injured. Sub-Inspector Gopal Chaubey confirmed that the driver was speeding the car on the empty road when it lost control and rammed into the divider. The bodies have been sent for postmortem, and the injured are being treated at a local hospital.
