Global Investors’ Summit To Host Delegates From 60 Countries, Including 13 Ambassadors & 6 High Commissioners

The consulate generals from Germany, Japan, Switzerland and Malaysia will participate in GIS.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Representatives of several foreign countries have given their consent to take part in the Global Invest ors’ Summit (GIS). Country director Auguste Tano Koume is leading the World Bank team in the GIS. Deputy executive director Dushyant Thakor will represent World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies.

The state government has invited industrialists of 60 countries. Thirteen ambassadors, six high commissioners and consulate generals have given consent to take part in the summit. The consulate generals from Germany, Japan, Switzerland and Malaysia will participate in GIS.

Besides, there will be senior representatives of diplomats in the summit. Along with the ambassadors of Nepal, Morocco, Zimbabwe, and Burkina Faso, the high commissioners of Rwanda, Seychelles, Jamaica, Lesotho and Uganda have sent their consent. Director General Hiroyuki Kitamura Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) in the summit. Director Seema Bhardwaj will represent German Trade and Investment and Investment Ottawa. Managing Director Stephen Halusa will lead the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) and German-Indian Innovation Corridor (GIIC).

Singapore-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) chairman Manish Tripathi has also given his consent to join the summit. Chairman of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ramesh Iyar, president of Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry JJ Singh, Governor of Ulyanovsk Aleskey Russikh, and deputy commerce minister of Zimbabwe Raj Modi have also given consent to take part in the summit. A 35-member team from Germany is participating in GIS. The leaders of Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdele (KPMG) will also take part in it.
