Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The Madhya Pradesh Global Investor Summit 2025 (GIS-2025) has drawn strong interest from international investors and delegates, who see immense potential in the state's growing economy.

Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech, investors expressed confidence in sectors such as renewable energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and food processing.

Norwegian delegate Erik Gudbrand Solheim highlighted India’s rapid economic progress and Madhya Pradesh’s commitment to sustainability.

He pointed to the Omkareshwar floating solar plant in Khandwa, describing it as a major step toward a greener future.

Ingo Soeller, CEO of TWE OBT Pvt Ltd, shared that his company is already investing in Bhopal and is excited about the state’s growth plans. He hinted at expanding operations further, encouraged by the government’s vision.

Piotr Klaczak, co-owner of Termar SP, found the Prime Minister’s address motivating for foreign investors. He emphasised Madhya Pradesh’s potential in food processing and confirmed his company’s plans to invest in the sector.

Morocco’s Ambassador Mohamed Maliki praised the state's agricultural progress, calling it a strong example of success in food security and investment opportunities. He suggested that future collaborations between Morocco and Madhya Pradesh could benefit both regions.

Zimbabwe’s Ambassador Stella Nkomo acknowledged the state's vast natural resources and industrial potential. She identified key areas such as mining, energy, agriculture, and manufacturing as promising sectors for investment.
