Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): At the Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2025 in Bhopal, it wasn’t just about business—there was also a delicious variety of food for everyone to enjoy.

The event served a lavish spread that brought together flavors from across India, offering guests a rich culinary experience. From traditional Indian delicacies to modern desserts, the menu had something for everyone.

Foreign delegates got a chance to dive into desi flavours.

The food counter featured a mix of classic and modern Indian dishes. Guests enjoyed Paneer Korma, a creamy and flavorful dish, alongside freshly made Indian breads like naan and roti.

The highlight of the meal was the Awadhi Biryani, full of rich spices, and Mughlai Abbi Ka Salan, a dish packed with royal flavors.

For those who love Punjabi food, there was Pindi Chole with Kulcha, a spicy and tangy combination, along with the popular Punjabi Tadka.

For health-conscious guests, a special Millet Khichdi was served, adding a nutritious touch to the meal.

Gobi Musallam, a rich and flavorful cauliflower dish, also stood out as a unique addition.

Madhya Pradesh’s famous street food made a grand entry at the summit. There was a special Madhya Pradesh Chaat Station, serving tangy and spicy treats, while the Kachori Station kept guests coming back for more.

Hot, crispy Pooris were also available, including vegan and Jain-friendly options.

To complete the meal, the food stations offered Jeera Rice, perfect with any curry, and a Raita Station with a variety of cooling yogurt-based dishes.

No meal is complete without dessert, and the GIS 2025 menu had plenty to offer. Traditional sweets like Badam Ka Halwa, Baked Boondi Gulab Jamun, Kesar Angoori Rasmalai, and Jalebi with Rabdi were served, satisfying those with a love for classic Indian sweets.

For those looking for international flavors, there was Mississippi Mud Cake (served hot), Wild Berry Cheesecake, and Sugar-Free Panna Cotta.

The diverse and carefully curated menu at GIS 2025 added a delicious touch to the summit, giving guests not just a taste of Madhya Pradesh but also a celebration of India’s rich culinary heritage.
