Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Nurses at AIIMS Bhopal received practical guidance on “Work-Life Balance and Stress Management” during a special session aimed at enhancing their mental well-being. The session used real-life examples to show how everyday stress can be converted into positive energy and how a healthy balance between personal and professional life can be maintained.
The event provided a platform for nursing staff and students to reflect on their mental health, engage in self-awareness, and promote a culture of mutual support. Child psychologist Dr. Anuradha addressed the participants, emphasising the importance of maintaining emotional stability in a high-pressure, service-driven profession like nursing.
