Panna (Madhya Pradesh): A tragic road accident was reported in Madhya Pradesh's Panna district on Saturday in which a 45-year-old man on a bicycle was seriously injured.
The incident took place in front of the old RTO office of Panna city NH 39, where a dumper filled with sand hit the man.
The collision was so severe that the bicycle and water cans were completely shattered.
According to information, the victim was identifies as 45-year-old Idrish Khan, a resident of Kashtagar Depot Satna Barrier. He was coming from the old RTO with water cans on his bicycle. This is when a speeding dumper filled with sand speed hit him.
Driver fled the spot
After the collision, the cyclist fell on the road and sustained serious injuries. Local residents quickly rushed him to the district hospital for treatment. Following the accident, the dumper driver abandoned the vehicle in running condition and fled the scene.
According to eyewitnesses, the situation could have turned more tragic if the dumper had gone completely out of control. Fortunately, it came to a halt without causing further damage.

The police have registered a case and launched a search operation to locate the absconding driver.
The injured cyclist is currently undergoing medical care, and his condition is being closely monitored by the hospital staff. Authorities are continuing the investigation.
