BYD has confirmed the launch of its all-electric SUV, the Sealion 7, in India by the first quarter of 2025, with its unveiling scheduled for January 17 at the Bharat Mobility Expo. The BYD Sealion 7 will be company’s fourth model in the Indian market, following the Atto 3, Seal, and eMax7.

The SUV features a distinctive design, highlighted by a full-width tail lamp, a prominent rear diffuser, and a compact boot deck below the rear windscreen. Its angular headlamps and DRLs, extending towards the lower fascia, align with the styling seen on the Seal and Seal U. Adding to its bold look are the sculpted shoulder lines, pronounced haunches, and cladding around the wheel arches, making the Sealion 7 an eye-catching and well-proportioned addition to BYD’s lineup.
