New Delhi: BMW India has unveiled the first-ever BMW X1 Long Wheelbase All Electric at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, marking a significant milestone with its locally-produced electric vehicle. Priced at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹49,00,000, the BMW X1 Long Wheelbase All Electric is available for booking at BMW dealerships across India. Produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai, this model is the brand’s first electric vehicle to be made in India.

The BMW X1 Long Wheelbase All Electric boasts a striking design with a length of 4,616 mm and a wheelbase of 2,800 mm, making it the largest in its segment.

Its powerful, dominant stance is enhanced by features such as Adaptive LED headlights, a BMW kidney grille, and an expansive rear design. The SUV is available in five metallic paint options and features a spacious, modern interior with a Widescreen Curved Display and premium materials like the Aluminium Mesheffect trim.

Powered by the fifth-generation BMW eDrive technology, the vehicle offers a 204 hp electric motor, delivering a 531 km driving range with its 66.4 kWh battery. The BMW X1 Long Wheelbase All Electric ensures an exhilarating driving experience with instant acceleration and a high degree of comfort, including multi-way adjustable front seats and the largest panoramic sunroof in its segment. It promises to redefine luxury and performance in the electric vehicle market.
