Here are some breakfast options for you. You can quickly whip this up and have a great start to the day

Frozen smoothie bowl. Blend frozen berries, banana, spinach, and a splash of almond milk. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced fruits, coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds
