Viral Video: UP Police Inspector Assaults Brother-Sister Duo, CCTV Captures Violent Brawl, SP Orders For Immediate Suspension

Uttar Pradesh: A CCTV footage saved a brother and sister duo and helped them getting justice in front of a police inspector named Shiv Prasad Dubey, first rammed his car onto brother who was standing with a two wheeler and then broke into physical abuse with him. The incident is from Orai area of Uttar Pradesh's Jalaun. The CCTV footage is going viral on the Internet and shows the brutal behaiviour by the Police inspector. In the video, a man and a woman who are siblings are standing near the petrol pump with their two-wheeler. Meanwhile, Shiv Prasad rams his car onto their bike and the hot brawl erupts.

As the cop's car collides with the scooty, the woman runs towards him. Later in the verbal exchange her brother joins and confronts with the cop. A heated confrontation turns into physical assult when Shiv Prasad beats the man and thrashes him on the ground. People around them gathers and calms the situation. The whole incident was captured on CCTV.

Police Inspector Suspended

Soon after the video goes viral SP got the matter investigated by CO Sadar and found Shiv Prasad Dubey guilty. After CO Sadar's report, SP suspended the police inspector Shiv Prasad Dubey immediate effect.

Netizens Demand Strict Action

Though, the police inspector is now suspended, netizens are demand more stricter action against him. One user wrote, "Suspending the inspector is what kind of punishment; a case should be registered under the serious section for assault. He should be arrested and sent to jail."

Another said, "Tiwari ji, nothing will happen, he’ll join in a few days, this happens every day." While one user commented, "A lawsuit should also be filed."
