Criticised For Animal Cruelty

The video is also getting criticised for animal cruelty as the man is being considered as hitting the snake with the wooden rod instead of pushing. One user wrote, "In a country that worships snakes, a snake entered a temple, then see how it was worshipped"

"On Nag Panchami, the serpent deity will once again come to the temple, and then it will be welcomed with milk. They arrived a bit early this time, so they were taken outside," another user wrote.

In defence, many netizens stood up, one wrote, "He is not a priest, he is a flower seller. The second thing is that our culture teaches us to behave well with all people. Everyone knows that a snake is venomous, and thousands of people visit the temple every day. If this snake had bitten someone, you people would have started defaming the temple. Foolish person"

Another user wrote, "The difference lies in perspective. If that same person had wanted, he could have killed the snake. But he didn’t do that. Instead, he used a stick to gently push it out of the temple so that no one’s life was harmed, nor was the snake killed. This is the lesson that a worshiping society teaches. Finding a way without causing harm."
