Viral Video Captures Animal Lover Freeing Dogs From MCD Ambulance, Meant To Carry Strays For Vaccination; Watch

A viral video captured a young man freeing dogs from an animal ambulance of the MCD, which was meant for the vaccination of the dogs. The clip has sparked huge outrage, and a debate is erupting among netizens on his stance. Many are criticising him for lacking civic sense in showing his love for stray dogs. In the viral video, the man, unidentified by name, can be seen releasing the dogs by opening the doors of the ambulance.

FPJ could not confirm the location where the video was shot, but it looks like a local area in Delhi, as the MCD animal ambulance can be spotted. As seen in a video, two dogs were captured by the MCD authorities in the ambulance. A two-wheeler rider came from behind the ambulance and opened the gates of the vehicle and released the two dogs free. As soon as he opened the doors he fled away. The video was recorded by the bystander in the car behind.

The video was shared by @Incognito_qfs on X. The caption of the video reads, "MCD was taking away dogs to sterilize them. Then this dog lover came and released them before they could be sterilized. This huge population of stray dogs in India is because of such people only. Dog lovers just don't let anybody do their work. These jobless people are always there to mess things up."

One user commented, "This happens due to distrust between people & government. ABC centers are closed or in terrible conditions, they kill animals and put them in sewers. That video is also available you should see that. So even you can't claim they were taking them for sterlisation."

Another user commented, "I’m sure this dog lover can be tracked down using the scooter’s registration number. He should be punished by sending 10 stray dogs to his house for a couple of years, if at all he can survive with the strays that long.
