In the video, the man hilariously slams government in sarcastic way and also compares it with Bihar's roads. The man, unidentified of his name says that electric poles have been erected in the middle of the road to test quality of commuter's driving. He claims that he has come all the way from Haryana to see these poles.
Man in the video sarcastically said, "This is very entertaining, this place has become a tourist place. People visit here to see this wonder. This is how economy builds."
