No discount poster goes viral from Istanbul store | Nawab The City Explorer on Instagram

An unidentified shop in Istanbul, Turkey, is getting a lot of attention online—not for what it sells, but for a sign it put up on the wall.

Next to a poster of the Mona Lisa, the store posted a note that read, “India, Pakistan and Bangladesh brothers, please don’t ask for a discount".

The message seemed to take a dig at how many South Asian tourists or migrants allegedly kept bargaining or asking for deals while shopping.

The store also added that customers should not ask more than two questions, and if they have more, they should send them by email instead of asking in person.
